Dan Congreve is an Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Stanford University, joining in Fall 2020. His research focuses on nanoscale control of light and energy for applications in light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and upconversion technologies. He previously held positions at Iowa State University, MIT, and the Rowland Institute.

Current teaching includes EE 134: Introduction to Photonics and EE/ENGR 65: Modern Physics for Engineers, with extensive involvement in independent studies and thesis supervision.
