Dan Asael is an Associate Research Scientist at Yale University's Department of Earth and Planetary Sciences. His work focuses on metal stable isotope fractionation in geological systems, with expertise in copper, lithium, and molybdenum isotope geochemistry. He has held postdoctoral positions at the University of Liège, Université de Bretagne Occidentale, and IFREMER in France, where he managed MC-ICP-MS laboratory operations.
