Dalia Palombo

Dr. Dalia Palombo is Assistant Professor of Human Rights Law at Tilburg University. Her research examines corporate accountability mechanisms at the intersection of business operations, human rights, and environmental protection.

Investigates legal frameworks for holding corporations accountable for human rights violations and environmental damage, including climate change litigation strategies and CSR implementation challenges.

Teaches courses in Climate Change Law, Human Rights and Globalization, and Business & Human Rights. Leads research on imperialism's impact on business and human rights frameworks.
