Dale Ellen Sharpe Jenkins

Dale Ellen Sharpe Jenkins is an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Department of Finance and Real Estate at the University of Texas at Arlington's College of Business, leveraging over 40 years of industry experience as founder and principal owner of The Jenkins Agency, Inc., an independent insurance consulting firm in Arlington, Texas.

Professor Jenkins specializes in translating real-world insurance expertise into academic instruction, with teaching interests centered on Property & Casualty Risk Management and Life & Health Risk Management. She developed curriculum for and taught these subjects at Tarrant County College (2009-2014) and the University of North Texas G. Brint Ryan College of Business (2015-2019), where she also created a Business Development course for Finance, Insurance, Real Estate, and Business Law students.
