Dakota Schroll serves as an Instructor in the Department of Criminal Justice within the School of Science, Health, and Criminal Justice at Wayne State College. He is currently ABD (all but dissertation completed) in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where he previously worked as a graduate teaching and research assistant with the Nebraska Center for Justice Research (NCJR).

Research Interests: Schroll's work centers on biopsychosocial criminology, examining individual differences in criminality and victimization through autonomic nervous system functionality and antisocial behavior. His research extends to risk/needs assessment validation, cross-cultural crime comparisons, and the social construction of crime and deviance, integrating quantitative methodology with mental health perspectives in criminal justice contexts.
