Dr. Daisy Hsin-I Chou is an Associate Professor at RMIT University's School of Economics, Finance and Marketing. She holds a PhD from Queen’s University in Belfast and has previously held academic positions at the University of Otago, University of Bath, and La Trobe University.
Her research focuses on corporate governance, corporate finance, and executive compensation dynamics. She specializes in analyzing board behaviors, M&A strategies in U.S. markets, and financial systems within Asian economies.
