Daile Zhang is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Atmospheric Sciences at the University of North Dakota (UND). Their work focuses on atmospheric electricity, meteorological instrumentation, and remote sensing, with additional research interests in the upper troposphere and lower stratosphere, as well as natural hazards. Dr. Zhang teaches courses such as Meteorological Instrumentation, Remote Sensing of the Atmosphere, Cloud Physics Meteorology, and specialized topics in atmospheric electricity.
