Dagmar Abfalter

Dagmar Abfalter is the Head of the Institute of Cultural Management (IKM) at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna (mdw). Her career spans cultural policy, leadership in creative industries, and gender studies, with a focus on power dynamics, cultural institutions, and knowledge-sharing frameworks. She has led initiatives like the 40 Years of IKM celebrations and the International Research Center Gender and Performativity.
