معرفی
Professor Dag Kristian Dysthe is affiliated with the Department of Physics at the University of Oslo (UiO). His academic focus lies at the intersection of physics and biology, particularly in biomineralization, cell motility, and mechanobiology. He specializes in developing high-resolution in situ time-lapse imaging methods for studying complex systems. In 2023, he received the UiO Education Award for innovative interdisciplinary teaching methods and contributions to the LagLivLab, a student-driven biotechnology workshop. His research spans experimental and theoretical approaches to biological physics, with notable work on cellular mechanics, fracture dynamics in materials, and phase transformations.
