Dr. D.B. (Dennis) Veltrop is an Associate Professor of Corporate Governance (with Ius Promovendi) at the University of Groningen's Faculty of Economics and Business, Department of Accounting and Auditing — Management. His research focuses on corporate governance, board effectiveness, behavioral auditing, and strategic management. He co-founded BoardResearch.org and has expertise in board processes, top management team dynamics, and sustainability governance.
