Cyrus Parsa

Cyrus Parsa, DO, is the Chair and Professor of Pathology at the College of Osteopathic Medicine of the Pacific, Western University of Health Sciences. He joined the institution in 1992. His research focuses on molecular mechanisms in pathology, including mucositis, breast cancer progression, neoplasms, carcinogenesis, and therapeutic effects on tissues. He holds certifications as a Diplomat from the American Board of Pathology and American Osteopathic Board of Pathology.

Affiliations & Leadership: He serves as Director of Medical Education at Pacific Hospital, on the Board of Directors of the Pacific Hospital Charitable Foundation, and holds leadership roles in the American Osteopathic Board of Pathology and COMLEX's Item Review Committee.
