Cyril Delhay is a Professor of Public Speaking at Sciences Po and Director of Cyril Delhay Conseil, a consultancy specializing in oratory and leadership training. He has been a permanent faculty member at Sciences Po since 2001, contributing to programs like the IDEFI/Sciences Po FORCCAST initiative. His academic roles include coordinating public speaking courses across departments, such as the Paris School of International Affairs, and leading workshops on communication, charisma development, and political rhetoric.
