Cynthia Gerstl-Pepin (She/Her) is a Professor at the University of Massachusetts Amherst in the Department of Student Development. Her work focuses on educational politics, ethical leadership, and social justice in education, particularly examining how poverty intersects with inequitable educational outcomes.
