Cyndi O'Toole

Cyndi O'Toole serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis in the Department of Human Development & Leadership within St. Edward's University's School of Behavioral and Social Sciences. She maintains dual roles in academia and clinical practice, providing direct behavioral intervention services to families and children in home environments.

Her research concentrates on parent collaboration frameworks, educator implementation of evidence-based practices for neurodiverse learners, and autism-specific behavioral interventions. With over 20 years of cross-sector experience spanning public education, adult education, and private clinical settings, her work bridges theoretical behavior analysis with practical classroom and home applications. O'Toole holds Board Certified Behavior Analyst-Doctoral (BCBA-D) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) credentials alongside her PhD.
