Jacob Watson

Jacob Watson is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Human Development & Leadership at the School of Human Development and Education, St. Edward's University. He holds a Master of Education (MEd) and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Texas (LBA-TX).

His research focuses on Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) and behavior analysis, with an emphasis on improving organizational and individual performance. He utilizes behavior analysis as a framework for sustainable change and co-founded a business dedicated to OBM applications.
