Prof Cylie Williams is a clinical researcher and educator at Monash University, serving as Deputy Head of the School of Primary and Allied Health Care. She holds adjunct positions at the University of South Australia and a visiting fellowship at Staffordshire University. Her research focuses on idiopathic toe walking, pediatric lower limb conditions, and allied health workforce dynamics. Williams chairs the Podiatry Board of Australia and co-chairs the Australian Foot and Ankle Research Network (AFARNet).

Williams has received awards including the Monash SPAHC Research Impact Award and the Early Career Researcher Award.
