Curtis Phills is an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at the University of Oregon’s College of Arts and Sciences. He co-leads the C Squared Social Cognition Lab, focusing on strategies to reduce implicit bias through one-session training programs targeting stereotypical associations.
