Crystal Hinrichs

Crystal Hinrichs is a Lecturer and Clinical Educator in the Department of Communication Disorders at the University of Nebraska-Kearney (UNK). She can be reached at hinrichsc@unk.edu.

Her research focuses on apraxia of speech and bilingualism, with clinical expertise in adult communication disorders and voice disorders. Prior to joining UNK, she worked in medical settings including acute care hospitals, inpatient rehabilitation, NICU services, private practice, skilled nursing facilities, and home health environments.

Crystal teaches courses in Anatomy and Physiology of the Speech Mechanism, Professional Issues in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, and Clinical Methods and Procedures in Communication Disorders.
