Dr. Cristina Taddei is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Health Economics & Policy Innovation (CHEPI) within Imperial College London's Business School, working on evidence-based strategies to improve cholesterol levels and reduce cardiovascular disease (CVD) burden across high- and low-/middle-income countries. She is affiliated with the Global Environmental Health Research Group and has expertise in public health, health policy, and epidemiology.
Research Focus: Her work evaluates the impact of dietary policies (e.g., food regulation, price interventions) and treatment access for non-HDL cholesterol reduction globally. She combines interdisciplinary approaches with collaborations in Italy and Bolivia to address health inequalities.
