Cristina Barradas is a Visiting Professor at ISCTE Executive Education, where she teaches Change Management in programs like the Executive Master in Project Management. She holds a research degree in Biology from the University of Aveiro and a European PhD from the University of Lyon, France, with collaborations from CNRS (Strasbourg) and the University of Namur (Belgium). With 25 years of global experience in R&D, project management, and supply chain management across universities and industries in the UK, France, and Portugal, she specializes in fostering positive change through coaching and mentoring.
