Key contributions include longitudinal analyses of global news trust trends, studies on echo chambers and filter bubbles, and reports on gender and racial representation in news leadership. His work frequently addresses practical challenges like news paywall strategies and the role of emerging platforms in journalism.
Leveraging the Reuters Institute’s global reach, Craig contributes to high-impact publications like the Digital News Report, which annually tracks shifts in media consumption across 40+ countries. His research emphasizes bridging academic rigor with real-world media challenges.
