Craig Antony Lees is a Principal Lecturer in Popular Voice at Leeds Conservatoire and Musical Director of the Leeds Conservatoire Contemporary Pop Choir. He founded the choir in 2015 and led the Leeds Contemporary Singers to victory in BBC One's Pitch Battle (2017). He holds roles as former President (2019–2021) and Director (2015–2019) of the British Voice Association, and directs The Workplace Choir Company, a leading corporate choir service in the UK.

His expertise spans vocal coaching, choral direction, and vocal arranging. He has performed at prestigious venues such as The Royal Festival Hall (2016), MIPCOM (Cannes, 2017), and Wembley Arena (2018), and delivered workshops globally, including conferences in Italy, Sweden, Ireland, Germany, and Austria. Notable projects include collaborations with TC-Helicon on an 'electronic choir' (2016–2017) and advisory roles for the Welsh Academy of Voice & Dramatic Arts (2021) and School of International Art (China, 2024).
He has engaged in educational initiatives with institutions like the Royal Northern College of Music and Mind The Gap Theatre Company, emphasizing accessibility and innovation in music education.
