Craig Anderson is a Senior Lecturer (part-time) and Clinical Tutor/Reporting Radiographer affiliated with the Pears Cumbria School of Medicine at the University of Cumbria. He maintains a dual role at University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay (UHMB) in clinical reporting and education.

Research Interests: Focuses on musculoskeletal (MSK), chest (CXR), and abdominal (AXR) radiography reporting, trauma/A&E radiography, and clinical education for radiography students. Specializes in improving reporting accuracy and clinical preparedness through innovative teaching methods and digital tools.
Publications: Active contributor to radiography literature, with peer-reviewed articles on clinical practice preparedness, CPD strategies, and facial trauma reporting. Co-authored widely-used textbooks Clarks Positioning in Radiography (13th Ed, 2015) and Clarks Pocket Handbook for Radiographers (2010 & 2016).
Awards:
- HEA Fellow (2010)
Advising & Clinical Roles: Mentors clinical radiography students through the MSLAP program. Leads reporting practices in trauma and emergency radiography settings. Active in curriculum development for radiography education.
Labs/Teams: Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams at UHMB and contributes to the Radiography department's educational initiatives at the University of Cumbria.
