Corinne Consolini

Corinne Consolini, Pharm.D., BCACP, is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice and Administration at the University of Saint Joseph (USJ), where she has been since 2014. She serves as the faculty advisor to the APhA-ASP chapter, guiding students in professional development. Her work focuses on improving patient care transitions, particularly through her role in developing a hospital discharge medication delivery program at Hartford Healthcare Community Pharmacy.

Research Interests: Dr. Consolini’s work emphasizes reducing hospital readmissions through optimized medication delivery and ambulatory care pharmacy practices. Her program aims to bridge care gaps during hospital-to-home transitions, leveraging her expertise in clinical pharmacy and patient advocacy.

Advising & Practice: As a BCACP-certified pharmacist, she combines academic leadership with clinical practice, actively mentoring students and contributing to community pharmacy operations and immunization training.
