Prof. Dr.-Ing. Corinna Rohn is a Professor of Architectural History and Monument Preservation at the RheinMain University of Applied Sciences, serving as Dean of the Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering. She leads the Laboratory for Building Surveying and Construction Research, focusing on interdisciplinary research in historical building preservation, archaeological architecture, and urban development. Her work integrates digital documentation methods with classical archaeological fieldwork, emphasizing Mediterranean and Roman-era structures.
Key areas include ancient urban planning, Roman infrastructure analysis, and Hellenistic architectural reconstruction. She is actively involved in DFG-funded projects such as the SPP 1630 Ports Research Program and the SEHS database initiative. Rohn has held significant roles including Vice Dean for Research and membership in Hesse's State Monument Council.
