Corbin Campbell is a Professor in the School of Education at American University, where she served as Associate Dean and Acting Co-Dean from 2019 to 2024. Previously, she was an Associate Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research, funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Spencer Foundation, and the National Academy of Education, focuses on college teaching, assessment of higher education quality, and faculty-supportive organizational environments.
Her educational background includes a Ph.D. in Education Policy (Higher Education) from the University of Maryland, an M.A. in Higher Education and Student Affairs from The Ohio State University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.
