Coral Compagnoni

Coral Compagnoni is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of General Education at Pacific Oaks College. She is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California with extensive clinical and training experience in trauma, dissociation, and trauma-informed practices across diverse populations and age groups.

Her research and professional interests center on trauma and mental health, particularly developmental trauma, complex PTSD, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). She is dedicated to promoting trauma-competent care through clinical supervision, professional training, and systemic implementation in educational and therapeutic settings.

While no peer-reviewed publications are listed, her work reflects a strong applied focus on clinical practice, staff training, and the dissemination of trauma-informed models across community and outpatient settings.

Coral has supervised clinicians and provided EMDR consultation and trauma-informed training to therapists and organizations. She previously developed trauma training programs and supported the integration of trauma-informed practices in charter school classrooms at Para Los Niños in Los Angeles.

She currently provides trauma therapy through private practice and at The Meadows Intensive Outpatient Treatment Center in Silicon Valley and The Camden Center in Menlo Park.
