Constantina Stavrou

Constantina Stavrou is an Associate Lecturer in the Department of Electrical Engineering at the University of Central Lancashire Cyprus (UCLan Cyprus), where she has served since 2024. She holds an MSc in Advanced Manufacturing and Monitoring of Energy Delivery/Energy Production from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 (2018) and a BEng in Electrical Engineering from the University of Cyprus (2014). Her research focuses on optimizing energy storage systems within renewable energy frameworks, emphasizing adaptive strategies for fluctuating energy demand and grid constraints.

Professional experience includes roles such as Director at ILISA Engineering & Consulting LTD (2023–present), Senior Project Manager at Citizens in Power (2020–2024), and Automation Engineer at URBASOLAR France (2018–2019). She is a member of the Technical Chamber of Cyprus (ETEK), the Famagusta ETEK Regional Committee, and CYBSE Electrical & Electronics Engineers.
