Constantin Rachita

Constantin Răchită is a Researcher at the Department of Socio-Human Sciences, Institute for Interdisciplinary Research, Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iasi. He holds a PhD in Classical Philology and a Master’s degree in Literary Hermeneutics from the same university.

Research Interests: His work focuses on the translation and interpretation of ancient Greek and Latin texts, with a particular emphasis on interdisciplinary approaches to biblical texts. Key areas include translation theory, textual transmission, and the societal impact of biblical scholarship.

Projects & Activities: Active in translation/editing projects and academic events, including the International Academy of Heraldry colloquium (2025) and the Symposium on Romanian and European Biblical Tradition. Investigates how Artificial Intelligence influences education and philological research.
