Conor Snoek is an Associate Professor in the Department of Indigenous Studies at the University of Lethbridge. His work focuses on anthropological linguistics, particularly the lexicon of Indigenous languages in the Americas, including Dene (Athapaskan), Cerro Xinolatépetl Totonac, Blackfoot, and Plains Cree.

- Research Interests: Lexical semantics, historical linguistics, language revitalization, and cognitive linguistics
- Teaching: Courses include Language and Culture in Indigenous America, Second-Language Teaching & Learning, and Social Organization: Kinship
His research examines semantic evolution in Dene languages, metonymy as a linguistic strategy, and dialectological analysis of Cerro Xinolatépetl Totonac. He actively collaborates with Indigenous communities on language maintenance projects and provides access to AV equipment for documentation purposes.
