Dr. Connor Bryant serves as an Assistant Professor in the College of Education at Lubbock Christian University (LCU), holding dual Program Coordinator roles for Curriculum and Instruction and the Master of Arts in Teaching program. His career bridges K-12 education, instructional design, and higher education faculty responsibilities.
His academic credentials include:
- B.S.I.S in Middle School Mathematics Education from Lubbock Christian University (2016)
- M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Lubbock Christian University (2018)
- Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction with STEM Education emphasis from Texas Tech University (2023)
Dr. Bryant's research integrates practical classroom experience with theoretical frameworks in STEM pedagogy, particularly focusing on secondary mathematics instruction. His work addresses curriculum development challenges through the lens of his background as both a middle school math teacher and instructional designer.
Prior to his current faculty position, he taught middle school mathematics in Frenship ISD and served as an Instructional Designer for Texas Tech University's eLearning Department, where he concurrently taught undergraduate education courses for LCU.
