Connie Meyer is an Adjunct Lecturer at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies, affiliated with the Segal Design Institute at the McCormick School of Engineering. With nearly 20 years in alternative dispute resolution (ADR), she specializes in negotiation, mediation, and leadership development for executives across industries. Her work spans roles at organizations like Bank of America, Deloitte, and Google, emphasizing practical application of ADR theory.

- B.A. International Studies and History, Northwestern University
She is twice-certified as a mediator and holds advanced negotiation training from Harvard Law School. At Chicago’s Center for Conflict Resolution (CCR), she mediated hundreds of cases and coached trainees. In 2022, she received the School of Professional Studies’ Distinguished Teaching Excellence Award for her Mediation Skills course.
As Director of Learning at Interfaith America, Meyer designs organizational strategies for religious diversity. Notable projects include learning programs for Google’s global workforce and advising corporate HR leaders on inclusive practices.
