Colletta Moser is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural, Food, and Resource Economics at Michigan State University's College of Agriculture & Natural Resources. Her work focuses on labor economics, rural development, and policy analysis.

Dr. Moser’s research spans labor economics (wage determination, collective bargaining, discrimination), rural economic development (off-farm employment, Michigan-focused initiatives), and social policy (welfare programs, displaced homemakers).
