Dr. Colleen Moore is an Associate Professor at James Madison University. Her research focuses on Russia/Soviet Union from the 1890s to 1930s, emphasizing social history, peasant studies, the police, food supply, and World War I. She holds a Ph.D. from Indiana University-Bloomington.
