Colleen Canty, Ph.D., is a 2024 graduate of the PhD Program in Leadership and Change at Antioch University and an adjunct professor at Fitchburg State University and Capella University. As a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®), her career spans 12 years as an education-behavior specialist across multiple settings, including therapeutic schools. She has presented at international conferences such as the International Leadership Association (2016, 2017) and focuses on improving behavioral intervention systems in education.
