Colin Moore is an Associate Professor at the University of Hawaii, serving as Director of the Matsunaga Institute for Peace & Conflict Resolution and researcher at UHERO. His scholarship examines American political development with emphasis on bureaucratic institutions, territorial governance, and veterans affairs.
