Colin Green

Colin Green is a Knowledge Transfer Fellow at the Institute of Public Care (IPC), Oxford Brookes University. Previously serving as Director of Children’s Services (DCS) in Coventry, he brings extensive experience in social work, children’s safeguarding, and service transformation. His work focuses on improving standards of practice, outcomes for children, and cost-effective service delivery.
