Colette Deslandres is a Clinical Professor at the Department of Pediatrics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Montreal. She serves as Head of the Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition Department at CHU Sainte-Justine, where she also directs the Inflammatory Bowel Disease Program. Her work bridges clinical practice and research in pediatric digestive diseases.

Her work also addresses Helicobacter pylori infections in children, antibiotic therapies, and rare lipid transport disorders like chylomicron retention disease, with an emphasis on genetic and management aspects.
Grants: Between 2010-2015, she co-investigated projects funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH), Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR), Child Foundation, and Crohn’s and Colitis Canada. These grants supported clinical and translational research in pediatric gastroenterology.
