Clinton J. Andrews

Clinton J. Andrews is a Distinguished Professor, Associate Dean for Research, and Director of the Center for Urban Policy Research at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. He holds a Ph.D. in Regional Planning from MIT and has expertise in urban planning, public informatics, and climate policy.

Research: Focuses on climate change adaptation/mitigation, urban heat stress, energy transition, and indoor environmental quality. His work bridges technological innovation with equitable urban development. Recent projects include coastal hazard fiscal impacts and low-income seniors' resilience to heat stress.

Publications: Recent work addresses solar panel adoption, urban mobility safety, and GenAI governance, reflecting his interdisciplinary approach to urban challenges.
