Clinton J. Andrews is a Distinguished Professor, Associate Dean for Research, and Director of the Center for Urban Policy Research at the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy, Rutgers University. He holds a Ph.D. in Regional Planning from MIT and has expertise in urban planning, public informatics, and climate policy.
