Clint Moloney

Professor Clint Moloney is a faculty member at the University of Southern Queensland, affiliated with the School of Nursing and Midwifery under the Faculty of Health, Engineering and Sciences. With 16 years of tertiary teaching experience and 24 years of administrative leadership (including roles like Quality Coordinator), he focuses on chronic health management and hospital avoidance strategies.

His research investigates COPD emergency presentations and gaps in outreach services, advocating for case manager roles in patient self-management. He supervises HDR students in Aged Care Nursing, Acute Care, Preventative Health, and Public Health.

He collaborates with the Queensland Centre for Evidence Based Nursing and Midwifery, Queensland Statewide Respiratory Network, and contributes to research via the Institute for Resilient Regions (IRR) and Centre for Health Research (CHR).
