Clifton Emery is a Professor in Social Work at Charles Sturt University's School of Social Work and Arts. As a theorist, social worker, and statistician, he focuses on conflict resolution, power disparities, and violence against women and children. His research integrates empirical rigor with Paulo Freire's dialogic praxis, emphasizing collaborative education and rewriting Western theories through East Asian experiences.
