Clay Holk is a Visiting Assistant Professor of International Business at the Collins College of Business, University of Tulsa. A U.S. Army veteran and Georgetown University alumnus, Holk bridges public, private, and social sectors through his work in statistics, data analysis, international economics, and public policy. His academic journey includes dual degrees from Northwestern University (MBA) and Harvard University (M.A. in Public Policy), alongside a B.S. in Foreign Services from Georgetown.
Research Interests: Holk specializes in quantitative analysis for public policy, urban development, and international business negotiations. His dissertation, 'Getting Home Sooner: Improving the Quality and Affordability of Housing in Tulsa', reflects his focus on urban economic challenges.

As Oklahoma's inaugural grants director, Holk spearheaded pandemic response initiatives and established the state's first broadband office. He previously led Tulsa's early COVID-19 health and economic recovery efforts, leveraging experience from roles at JPMorgan Chase and the American Red Cross.
