Claus D Jacobs is an Associate Fellow at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin and a Master's from Witten/Herdecke University. His expertise spans strategy work, strategic change, and public management. He co-directs the KPM Center for Public Management at the University of Bern and has contributed to the Oxford Strategic Leadership Programme (OSLP) since 2005. His research explores metaphorical reasoning in strategy, organizational identity dynamics, and hybrid organizational governance.
