Claudio Schilter is an Assistant Professor of Applied Microeconomics at the Department of Economics, University of Bern. His research focuses on the Economics of Education, Gender, and Occupational Choice, with methodological expertise in Applied Machine Learning. He holds a PhD in Economics from the London School of Economics (LSE), where he also completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education. Before joining Bern in 2022, he was a Postdoc at the University of Zurich and taught at LSE for five years.
