Systematically, she focuses on epistemology, ontology, legal philosophy, social philosophy, political philosophy, and theories of Bildung and subjectivity. Historically, her expertise lies in Kant and German Idealism, as well as 20th century philosophy with particular emphasis on Critical Theory (Frankfurt School) and Legal Pragmatism. Her work demonstrates a strong engagement with Hegelian philosophy, German Idealism, and contemporary applications of these traditions to modern political and legal questions.
