Claudia Werner

Claudia Werner, MD is a Professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UT Southwestern Medical Center and serves as Medical Director for Gynecology Dysplasia Services at Parkland Health and Hospital System. She also holds the role of Medical Director of Community Gynecology at Parkland, overseeing comprehensive gynecology services across community clinics.

Dr. Werner specializes in human papillomavirus (HPV)-related diseases, cervical cancer screening, colposcopy standards, and management of abnormal cervical cytology and histology. She has held academic positions at both Tufts University School of Medicine and UT Southwestern, where she has progressed through the ranks to Professor (2013). Her institutional roles focus on community healthcare delivery and dysplasia services.
