Claudia Ramos

Claudia Ramos is a Professor of Organizational Behavior at EGADE Business School, Tecnológico de Monterrey. She holds a Ph.D. in Business Management and Master's in Administrative Sciences from the same institution. Her research examines strategy implementation, innovation cultures, leadership dynamics, and team processes within organizations.

Research focuses on:

• Strategic consensus and decision-making frameworks
• Innovation-oriented organizational culture development
• Leadership's impact on workplace stress and empowerment
• Competitive strategy-innovation relationships
• Team dynamics in top management contexts

Publications analyze Mexican business environments through lenses of organizational behavior and strategic management, with recent work exploring leadership empowerment (2016) and competitive strategy-innovation linkages (2013).
