Claudia Lampert is a Senior Researcher and co-director of the "Knowledge for the Media Society" research program at the Leibniz Institute for Media Research | Hans Bredow Institute (HBI) in Hamburg, Germany. She specializes in Media Socialization & Health Communication, focusing on the challenges of digital transformation for media socialization processes and evidence-based knowledge translation for decision-makers.
Dr. Lampert holds a PhD in Education and has established herself as a leading expert through major research projects including EU Kids Online, Children's Safety in the Digital World (SIKID), Connected Kids, and the Horizon 2020 project Children Online: Research and Evidence (CO:RE) which she has coordinated since 2020.
