Claudia Equit

Prof. Claudia Equit holds dual appointments as a Professor of Educational Science (specializing in Social Pedagogy/Child and Youth Welfare) at the University of Münster and a Visiting Professor at Leuphana University Lüneburg. She has extensive academic leadership roles, including interim professorships at Osnabrück University (2018), TU Dortmund University (2015–2017), and University of Hagen (2014). Her research focuses on Participation, Children’s Rights, Inclusion, Family Education, Violence Prevention, and Comparative Child Welfare Systems.

Research & Engagement:

• Co-leads the Research Team Lars Alberth and the KomPädenZ Potenzial project
