Claudia Cuttano

Claudia Cuttano is a Ph.D. candidate in Computer and Systems Engineering at Politecnico di Torino, Italy, completing her 38th cycle (2022-2025). She serves as an External Lecturer and teaching assistant at the Department of Control and Computer Science (DAUIN) and the Department of Environmental, Land and Infrastructure Engineering (DIATI). Her research focuses on computer vision, machine learning, and image segmentation, with a specialization in multimodal learning and efficient model design.

In her teaching roles, Claudia collaborates on courses such as Advanced Machine Learning, Data Analysis and Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning for Mathematical Engineering, spanning multiple departments including Computer Engineering, Automotive Engineering, and Data Science.

Her research is affiliated with the VANDAL - Visual and Multimodal Applied Learning Laboratory (DAUIN). She has contributed to recent advancements in image segmentation, transfer learning, and vision-language models, co-authoring papers at CVPRW 2024, CVPR 2024, and ICCV Workshops 2023.
